Q. How long do I have to wait before I can use my carpet?
A. Because we use low moisture that rapidly dries by the time we are done your newly cleaned carpet is ready for use.

Q. What do I need to do to be ready for the cleaning?
A. I recommend picking up all breakables small items off floor. So we devote all our time cleaning and not stopping and starting.

Q. How often should I get my carpet cleaned?
A. The industry standard is once a year. I believe if you have pets and children, it is not uncommon to need to clean the carpet more frequently according to the traffic in the home. You never want to let your carpet get so dirty, that when it gets cleaned it is beyond a good response.

Q. Will the spots come back?
A. The Host system is designed in such a way that it dissolves and absorbs the dirt because the dirt is contained. Spots do not come back as in wicking up.

Q. Can you get out the dark edge in the corners of my white carpet?
A. The dark edges around the carpet are created via air circulation in the home. It is very difficult to remove because the dust particles and so small that it gets imbedded in the carpet fibers and becomes very hard to remove and at best only an improvement. It is very important to crevice tool the carpet often to remove and stay on top of the accumulating dust factor.

Q. Why Host is considered Green?
A. The Host compound is made of a natural cellulose fiber and the solvent cleaners used are environmentally friendly safe for children, pets and your home.

Q. How is Host safe for your carpet?
A. Host does not add hot steam that stresses the carpet to cause the pile to fall flat. We do not leave any soap residue to make your carpet a dirt magnet. Host will actually extend the life of your carpet. We use minimal moisture so no fear of water saturation.

Q. Do I need to Scotch Guard my carpet?
A. No with Host your carpet will stay cleaner longer eliminating the expensive step of protection.

Q. Do you charge for moving furniture?
A. No, we do charge for the area under the furniture that will be cleaned but not for moving furniture.

Q. How do you charge for your services?
A. We charge by the square foot of what we actually clean. We measure around beds, in front of sofas if not moved. We start by measuring the areas to be cleaned and we figure it out and you will know exactly how much it will be and we always get a go ahead before we start. And we do not up sell!
